In addition to the horrible pain and moderate mobility problems which I have had with my TAM for years, I now have extreme numbness and tingling in my arms (elbows down to my fingers) I have always had severe pain in my biceps (have had to use slings for my arms on occasion + ice), but this is a new feature for the distal parts of my arms. Anyone have any insights / treatment suggestions regarding this?

Hello Al. Numbness and tingling sounds neurological and of course TAM usually does not have any neurological features. On the long road to diagnosis, I was asked any number of times about numbness and tingling and other sensory indications when they were looking for a neurological disorder. Can this be something other than TAM?
